Important Information and Considerations
If your showcase is accepted, a project member will need to be on site for the event at your scheduled time for your campus:
• Setup and preparations, 30 minutes before start time
• Presentations during event times, from start to finish
• Showcase awards ceremony
• Tear down, immediately following end time
For each showcase, your campus will provide connectivity (wireless and possibly wired), a 6 or 8-foot table or presentation space, and a display stand for signage.
You will need to provide signage including your showcase title, project members, and description. A student project member and/or faculty member will need to be present during the showcase times to be on hand to demonstrate and discuss your project. You will also need to supply laptops or computers--if you need a computer and do not have one, let us know. Also bring any additional signage to accompany and illustrate your project (not required).
